OUR HERITAGE

Sophie Webb trained with Swiss Chocolatier Company Lessiters before opening Sophie’s Chocolates and Cakes in 1988. Sophie creates award-winning wedding and celebration cakes and chocolates using the finest ingredients and, with three generations of the family working in the shop, Sophie’s has become a community hub of Chesham. Sophie has been awarded Gold and Silver Great Taste Awards for her chocolates and her cakes have been featured in Brides, Cosmopolitan Bride and BBC Good Food amongst others. She is most proud of The Ultimate Chocolate Truffle Cake, an original design which has featured on BBC television and ITV. Approx 7 miles from Beaconsfield and 5 miles from Berkhamstead.
