Hi parkrun family. As always, your core team has been thinking all week about how we can accommodate the hopes and dreams of 500+ participants on a course the width of a pencil.

We're really trying to keep everyone safe and happy until we are back on our beautiful summer course. You can help by finding your appropriate time slot at the start and accepting that you need to stick TIGHT to the right, UNLESS overtaking.

We aim to provide an inclusive parkrun and our motto is kindness to ALL. Please be aware of those who need to pass you and spread only joy along your way.
