Many people we speak to who run their own business have internalised this idea from marketing experts and LinkedIn that you have to post everyday or be active all the time on Social Media. Pressure to post and schedule posts makes it feel like a marathon that never ends. It doesn’t work for human motivation!
💥IT’S OK TO BE AN IMPERFECT POSTER…💥
Connect and share with your audience on your terms. Write posts that share important and useful information with them in a way that speaks directly to them. Draw on your drive and passion for what you do and share that. Show up without the pressure of it being everyday!
👉🏻 Think about the people you want to help. What do they need to hear from you today?
👉🏻 Think about the next client you’d love to work with. What does he/she need to know from you today?
👉🏻 What has been your biggest insight this week? Would it be of value to someone?
Keep sharing, keep showing up, keep connecting but do it on your terms. Keep posting until you have the clients and revenue for your business. Be reassured that you be can be successful on Social Media despite imperfection and inconsistence.
