When the sun goes down and the steaks are cooked. You just have to slice and enjoy. Who won the steak off on Friday? Everyone did. It was just a beautiful. Everything piece of meat was cooked to perfection and devoured. But with great discussions about the farmers and complete respect to the animals and their gift. We were very lucky and greatful for such beautiful meat.
