It's been an eventful week for Moogies Media! 🗓️

We teamed up with Human Results - People Development - HR Support to form the dynamic "Moogies Results" for a quiz hosted by the Shrewsbury Business Chamber at Shrewsbury Town on Wednesday evening. We came in 2nd place, losing by just half a point! 😅 But it was fantastic to socialise and tour the grounds ⚽

We also delivered a taster workshop for the Shropshire Chamber yesterday, which went really well. 😊 We received lots of positive feedback and hope to offer training through the Chamber from either December or January - stay tuned!

We're back from a refreshing break in Cornwall and kicked off the week with some exciting filming at Oxley Park Golf Club in Wolverhampton! 🎥

The weather was kind and we even got some amazing drone footage. Can't wait to share the final product! 🏌️‍♂️✨

After battling the weather so far this year, we have finally got our drone up in the air quite a few times this month, including capturing some epic shots of a towering crane on a construction site in Hortonwood for Morris Property.🏗️

At the beginning of 2023, we set out on a mission to put our client, Human Results - People Development - HR Support in the spotlight for their 20th anniversary. Little did we know, it would turn into quite the adventure!

Our game plan was simple: plan some fun events for Human Results’ friends, family, and business contacts, and raise some money for their not-for-profit clients at the same time. We were really hoping to raise our client’s brand awareness, while satisfying their passion for supporting charitable causes in the community.

We spent the day at HELLA for the launch of their Hella Academy today 📘

As well as touring their new workshop, we heard all about ADAS, including surprising statistics about the technician skills gap, and had an insight into Hella's excellent product range thorough an ADAS calibration demo. 🚗

We shot some excellent interviews for our automotive aftermarket video magazine, Garage Talk Unwrapped Garage Talk Online 👌🏻. Keep an eye out for May's episode!

General information for visiting Eyton Races 🏇

⏰ OPENING TIMES
Gates open at 11am, first race is 1pm, last race is 4:25pm.

📍 WHERE TO FIND US
Find us at Eyton-Upon-Severn, Shropshire, SY5 6PW (please follow signs, not your SATNAV!).

There is a one-way system in place, so we ask that you approach the course from Wroxeter (west) and park at the top of the bank or in the centre of the course.

The lower entrance (approached from the east) is reserved for horse boxes, owners, and trainers.

We will post more information on this closer to the time.

The road is likely to be busy, so please bear this in mind when traveling.

🚕 TAXIS
If you book a taxi, the drop off location is SY5 6PW, at the grass triangle near the top of the bank.

Please follow signs to the PUBLIC CAR PARK and EXIT sign, don’t follow the SATNAV.

🚗 PARKING
Parking is free. The best view is located at the top of the bank, so please park at the top if you can!

Disabled parking is in the middle of the course, accessed by the top entrance.

🎟️ TICKETS
Tickets are available online and on the gate, for £15 per person.

This year, tickets are free for under 12s only.

🪪 ID
Under 18s are not permitted to enter the bar area. Proof of ID will be required for entry to the bar.

💷 CASH
Please bring plenty of cash for purchasing tickets, placing bets, and for buying food, drink, and produce.

There is no ATM on site.

🚻 FACILITIES
We have toilets on site for you to use.

Disabled parking is available in the centre of the course.

🐕‍🦺 DOGS
Dogs are welcome – but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Feel free to walk the course before the racing starts!

We spent International Women's Day at The Astbury Golf & Lodge Resort recording the wonderful Felicity Wingrove at the Shropshire Chamber event, who was joined by some amazing speakers.

Ben of course was privileged to spend the day surrounded by so many empowered and successful ladies 😁 and what a beautiful venue it was!

Time to download the footage and process everything we've learned today - happy Friday all 🙌
