TWO BOYS IN THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME

Ooooh what a read! I felt like I was in 1970’s Glasgow… As a baby of course as I was born in ‘71 😂 but the author WOW’d me with his descriptions, making No More Games such an immersive read.

This book gave me some real ‘Stand By Me’ vibes, as the main characters were two young boys who find themselves mixed up in some pretty dark and twisted gangland-style crimes.

How the story was delivered was clever - past and present, we get a full view of the action and consequences. Definitely recommend you add this to your TBR!

Three words to describe this book: gritty, intriguing, nostalgic.
