If you don't already subscribe to PC Pro (and that's just weird), do make an effort to pick up the latest issue from a newsagent or supermarket. Lead feature is called "30 greatest moments in technology" and counts down our pick of the events that have happened since we launched in 1994. Enjoy!

READERS POLL! Looking ahead to the next 30 years, are you optimistic about the future of technology or pessimistic? Please let us know why in the comments.

(We're asking because it's the 30th anniversary issue of PC Pro, which started way back in 1994.)

Our thanks to readers who have pointed out that the Asus ExpertBook B1 we reviewed this month (see p87) is not available for the published £430. Unfortunately, we made a mistake when checking the price on the Asus website, and the actual spec is closer to £800 (on other sites).

The reason we weren't shocked by the much lower price is that Intel is heavily discounting the 12th gen Core chips, so paying less than £500 for a spec such as the B1's is no longer surprising (for example, Honor sells a Core i5-12450H MagicBook X 16 for £450).

However, we should have picked up on this mistake so our apologies for the error. - Tim Danton, Editor-in-chief

The new issue goes on sale this Thursday... and we've called it the Summer 2023 edition. Why? To finally bring our stated cover dates more in line with the actual date.

For example, issue 350 (the one after this) will be called the October 2023 issue. It will be on sale from Thursday 7 September to Wednesday 4 October, so technically it's *only just* the October issue - but much better than it being called the November 2023 edition.

And subscribers wondering why their cover doesn't look like the image here - that's because you've got a unique cover this month.

Hopefully that all makes sense! - Tim Danton

This month's readers' poll is about password managers. Do you pay for one, use a freebie, rely on your browser or none of the above? Let us know any other thoughts you might have in the comments, and you might just see those appear in PC Pro magazine (edited for length!).

Our apologies for a mistake in this month's magazine. Our review of a Wired2Fire PC (see page 52) had the wrong price of £668 inc VAT when it should have been £949 inc VAT. Sorry to anyone left disappointed by this big discrepancy.

Quick poll: If you could work 20% faster, would you rather a) be paid 20% more b) work a four-day week?

Feel free to leave any other comments in the reply too - this is for the readers' poll in the magazine!

We're writing a feature about how to work faster. There's plenty about AI (although do let us know if you're already using it to enhance your workflow), but we're also interested in the little things you do to speed up work in, say, Word or Outlook, or any other productivity tool...

Time for our monthly poll! Do you still use Microsoft Office? If so, which version (Microsoft 365, an old desktop version or Office Online) and why? And if not, let us know why as well please!

Monthly poll time: How much would you pay per month for a do-it-all AI assistant?

And what do you think you would find it most useful for?
