Recently got out to do some filming and managed to get the rods out late into the evening. I was very shocked to pull it out the bag and bank one! Chuffed to bits thanks for the photography 📸 some mega shots!!

A decision to move swim turned into a crazy morning fishing having slipped a 20lb common back 2 x 30 in slings and a 50 in the net!! Well worth the move!! 🎣

After lapping the lake multiple times in the rain and hail🌧️ I spotted some fish and made the decision to move swims. The rod was in the water only 15 minutes before I was attached to this low 40!! 🎣 crazy close in fight in a tight little swim!! The move paid off👌

A brilliant opportunity came my way recently where I got to go out to Walthamstow reservoirs to film for Penning’s Carp Academy!! 🎥
I captured some awesome moments and some mega fish!!

Not long back from an amazing trip to Petit Pretre in France.
With some ups and downs but ended up landing 14 fish! With this 54lb mirror being the biggest!!

I took the opportunity at the last minute to have a night on the lake turning up in the dark in pretty grim conditions. It lead to a very muddy damp night being plagued with bream! 😴
I was packed down early ready to leave with only two rods out as the wind was too much to get the 3rd back in the water where I needed it.
But two on the dance floor was all it needed! The carp arrived and when one went back the other was away! With short notice and limited hours i definitely wasn’t complaining!

It’s been a strange year for my fishing, it’s not been an easy one with some highs and lows!
But I did manage to capture a moment with my dad who got me obsessed with fishing holding a fish with my son who i hopefully will get to pass this obsession on to!

Last week I went on a family fishing trip to
It was a hard hot week but a mega place to be! I finally managed a long term French goal of getting a common over 40lb always though saying over 50lb was to greedy, I was over the moon when this one tipped the scales at 56.4!! Definitely wasn’t how I thought the week was going to pan out with the hot wether
