🦷Updates for 2025 from The Minster Dental Centre🦷

In December the team bid a fond farewell to Dr Catherine Dewsnap as she made the decision to retire after many years in dentistry, and nearly 10 years at the Minster Dental Centre! She has provided dentistry to the wider Southwell community and will be greatly missed.🩵

However, they are pleased to welcome Dr Matthew Sampson to the team🌟 Matt grew up in Fiskerton and graduated from Newcastle University before spending his first year as a dentist working in Leicester. He's excited to bring his skills and enthusiasm to the table.✅

Matt has a keen interest in restorative dentistry and enjoys using his camera to document treatment, which helps improves his technique and enhance communication with patients, ensuring they feel well-informed and confident about their treatment.🤝

🏆🪟⭐️ Elite Windows - Newark Ltd is celebrating 20 years in business!⭐🪟🏆

Starting out in May 2005, working from home with a phone/fax machine and one advert in the local paper.

Chris Wilson, the company owner, said...
"From there onwards, we've developed into a well-established family run business, with the same staff from the beginning, who have been with us between 17 and 20 years.

"Our fitting teams have a minimum 25 years’ experience in their craft and both my sons work in the business with me.

"Our aim is to provide a punctual, honest, old-fashioned service and 95% of the time we do exactly that, if we fail on the remaining 5% then that becomes our complete focus and priority. Many times, this situation provides our strongest recommendations. Our focus has always been on our after sales service.

"We have completed over 5,000 installations, of which 77% were recommendations since 2005. My ethos in business has always been ‘my staff are my first line customers’. If they are treated with respect, as part of a team and valued, then this is passed on to our customers.

"Both myself and my sons, and all our staff, would like to thank our customers past and present for their valued business. I would also like to thank all my employees for their dedication and loyalty over the years. I truly appreciate it.

"And for anyone thinking of using our services in the future, we will strive to do you a first class job and to not let you down."
