Time for some music ... one of our old projects ... Us It Up's 'Gonna Get Along Without You Now' - Groove Mix. In fact this mix wasn't included on the CD single in Germany, so it's a bit of a rarity ... still sounds pukka wukka. PLAY LOUD WITH PLENTY OF BASS!!!!!

This brings back really happy memories and probably the fastest we have ever had a record play-listed anywhere! I had literally just returned from dropping off promo copies of our latest release by the Fatback Band entitled ‘Rhythm of the Night’ … to Capital Radio in Euston Tower, when upon my arrival back at our office in Stratford I was greeted with two urgent messages asking me to go back asap with six more records, as they had play-listed it right-away! So I gathered up more records headed straight back out the door (without even stoping for a cup of tea) … got back on the tube ... destination Tottenham Court Road, then ran all the way back to Euston Tower. The day was made complete by receiving confirmation at around 4pm that Tony Blackburn had added it to the A list of his massively popular weekday soul show on BBC Radio London … thankfully they had enough records so I didn’t have to scoot back to Marylebone High Street. Just a day I will never forget.
