I've been back in the UK for a week, which I have chosen to take as a personal week. Back to it today as I was in need of some mental stimulation!

When I was out on Wednesday I got chatting to a lady and I realised that some of the things I do naturally other people don't, so I thought that I would share a couple of my tips over the next couple of weeks to help you get your inbox detoxed!

Tip number 1 -
Set up an inbox specifically to sign up to things. Whenever you buy anything online or download a new app it asks for your email address so that they can send you future emails. We all mean to go back into their website and unsubscribe but somehow it slips through the cracks and suddendly there are 3billion emails in your inbox. The method which I use is a dedicated email inbox for this type of thing which means that I can see the emails which are actually wanted in my inbox while still signing up to get special offers from all my favourite brands!

A thought - yesterday I went to a free training day. It was interesting and I learned a few things but 3/4 of the day was hard sell for the coaching business which was hosting the training.

It made me think about the way businesses operate and what's important to me as a small business owner, mainly honesty and clarity.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday. It brought me to reflect on the changes I have made in my life and I realise how many good decisions I made in 2024 (we won't talk about the lessons right now) that have allowed me to work with some extremely talented people and to make friends from around the world.

My work is amazing and I can't wait to step into the next 12 months to see where they take me. Adventure awaits and I shall be embracing it fully!
