Oh my dayz!!! You know you’ve been spoilt with perfect weather when you wake up and you’re shocked to see cloud coverage in Cornwall. Here’s Tolcarne beach on Wednesday, the water was as flat as a pancake. Annoying for the surfers but perfect for beach goers looking for a dip 🏊‍♂️

No passport required to reach paradise! I still can’t get over that this is on our doorstep. Im scrolling through my videos from last summer and this one always gets me excited. I don’t like to wish time away, especially not while I’m on maternity leave, but we need more scenes like this…

I am sure most of you would agree? This amazing route will take you past Carbis Bay and it’s crystal clear waters and the white sanded beaches of St Ives. The perfect way for travelling into St Ives especially in summer when car parks are chaotic. Park at St Erth train station and take the St Ives Bay line for as little as £3, the journey takes less than 15 minutes. Click save and add that to your bucket list

One for the bucket list…Here’s Tintagel Castle bridge basking in winter sun today! The English Heritage team recreated the historic crossing from the mainland to the headland in 2019, offering visitors the chance to experience Tintagel Castle the way its medieval inhabitants once did. Let’s talk about @thebodminjailhotel On Saturday night I spent the night here, had seen some photos online but wasn’t really sure what to expect. I had visited the jail before it was renovated into a hotel, I actually did a ghost hunt until 4am in the morning. It was great. But oh my gosh!! Was I surprised! As I drove up the driveway the building and transformation is incredible. Keeping many of its original features, architects and designers have done an amazing job blending the 18th century into a stylish, luxurious and contemporary hotel. Every corner there is a story to tell, each bedroom is made up of 3 cells, all fantastic sizes with an enviable bathroom and free standing hot tub. The ground floor rooms are dog friendly (always a plus from me). There are two restaurants, The Chapel and where we dined The Jolly Hangman Tavern, which was more casual dining and dog friendly, we loved the outside seating area. If you love champagne, you’ll want to spend an hour or to in their exclusive champagne bar. On the same site of the hotel they have the Bodmin Jail attraction, unfortunately we couldn’t visit on this occasion as we had Luna and dogs aren’t allowed in, but this is definitely on my bucket list. As we sat outside with drinks, we could see and hear visitors coming out and were very envious with their reactions. When staying at Bodmin Jail you’re in the perfect mid Cornwall location where you can jump in the car and head in any direction. We opted for The Hurlers at Bodmin More which you can see featured in this film. Thank you @thebodminjailhotel for an unforgettable experience. We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Even getting to know the man that once lived there (Josiah Edmunds, aged 16, stole 3 chickens to feed his family, he was caught and thrown in jail) #gifted #cornwall #bodminjailhotel #bodminjail #bodmin
