New Mt Misery single out today. There’s a link to the video in the bio. Fair play they didn’t spend all of the £25 budget they had to make it.
New album is being pressed , should be out early November.
This single is not on the album.

The white vinyl version of the debut album by is now Sold Out. There are still a few copies of the yellow vinyl available from Rough Trade. Please order from their website .

We have a few copies of their 7 inch left, maybe a handful last time I checked. A few other things we are close to selling out on too - the 14 Comp and Telephone Numbers 7 inch down to about 10 copies.

We don’t repress stuff so if you were thinking about buying the EggS album now would be a good time to order it.

Thanks to everyone that’s continued supporting us in 2023 - new compilation on the way in the coming weeks.

Later in 2024 we have got new albums from and coming out. Both those records are almost finished - just at the mixing stage , so will actually get released. I know we promised the Mt Misery one would be out in 2023 … dunno where the time went 🤦‍♂️

Probably the rarest thing produced by the label - a solitary copy of the album pressed at 33rpm.
Naturally it wasn’t fast enough for them and it ended up at 45rpm .

Prefect 003 by The GN Band ( or GN as they were then known) certainly seemed to divide opinion. We actually got an email from an Italian guy that said “ Why have you released this ? I hate it “
This was another hand made sleeve, and there are a few copies on glossy Kodak photo paper after we ran out of card and Asda was shut. Or it might have been raining.
Think this might also have been the first release where the dog started sending messages to his mates etched into the run out grooves. It’s certainly the only sleeve with a naked man on it- though perversely the same man lies down in a pond fully clothed in the video.
Although this record has technically been Sold Out for over 12 months, you can still buy it online from Rough Trade or Stone Records in Japan.
A solid investment given there were only 140 copies pressed.

The back cover of Prefect 002 by The Tubs. Unless you own this record you may never have seen this.
Probably the most sought after single we have released, I regularly get asked “ I don’t suppose you still have a spare copy of the first Tubs record ? “
Band photo features Sam and Rachel from the band Flowers, but no drummer. Or the lad with the beard that played guitar at the time.
4 years on and I’m still waiting for the correct artwork for this one . 🙁

Have had to push back the release date for the Compilation Album. Vinyl has STILL not arrived from the pressing plant and Royal Mail STILL not accepting small parcels and goods for overseas delivery at Post Offices 5 weeks after a cyber attack they told us it would take 2 weeks to recover from.

Not a great time to be running a DIY label 🤦‍♂️
