Hello guys and happy Monday! I had a bit of a M-A-C make up play around at the weekend, mixing my favourite products with some new, they kindly gifted me!
They have a really great VR feature on their website which you can do on your phone where you upload your face and when you choose the eye shadow or lipstick colours it automatically does it
on your face! Pretty clever and super fun too 😊
So in the video I start with the M-A-C Studio Fix Liquid which I mix in some of their Strobe cream which makes the skin glisten.
Then I’ve used the Blot powder, followed by the bronzer and Galaxy Glow Palette.
The new eye shadows are the ‘Ripened Powder Kiss’ and the ‘Yes to Sequins’ (how fab are these names!)
Finishing off with Extreme Mascara and the ‘Stay Curious’ lipstick.

Happy Friday guys. Bit of a self-care end to the week post here! I thought I’d share some of my favourite wellness products which are helping me get through this bleak time!
Skincare
If you saw my post a couple of back, you’ll know I’m in midst trial of the 30 day Icelandic @bioeffectofficial treatment which I’m loving. Before that, during the Xmas holiday I was trying another great scientific led skincare brand called
@reviveskincare . It merges biotechnology with beauty and contains a bio-engineered Epidermal Growth Factor to dramatically reduce signs of aging. Plus there are self-tan glow drops you can add in to add some colour.
Definitely recommend trying out this brand. (gifted product for review)
Wellness
I’m taking a whole stack of vitamins and supplements right now. My new addition is Magnolia Rhodiola, a herbal supplement to alleviate stress, anxiety and low mood by lowering cortisol levels with the body.
Trinny recommended this in her @getthegloss article about her Covid recovery. I got some from @victoriahealth
Energy Levels
@victoriawoodhall, editor of Get The Gloss put me on Lions Mane – this is a mushroom supplement which naturally peps you up and focus!
Relaxation
I bought the book Yang Sheng, The Art of Chinese Self-Healing by Katie Brindle which is a super easy guide to Chinese breathing and massage techniques.
I’ve also got her Gua Sha massage tool which boost the circulation and stimulates the lymph glands - see @thehayoumethod
Exercise
If you are looking for some great Zoom classes, I recommend the lovely @evolvgeneration team who provide easy to follow HIIT, yoga and cardio classes with lots of warm-up and warm down exercises which are essential during these dark days! They’ve kept me sane since last May ❤️
Gut Health
You’ve probably heard/know that the gut is the second brain and is key for immunity, mood levels and well being of the whole body. Two products here
