We were asked if we were bringing any specials to Black Gold Vinyl Fair 4 - the Empire Strikes Black Wax! in Bristol this weekend, well looks whats just landed, a limited white vinyl repress of Dj Jedi's Dance the Night Away, one of the biggest tunes on the label so far which sold out with no distribution earlier this year. So its back in time for Bristol and because we are sharing a stall with DJ Jedi - Cantina Cuts hopefully any purchased at the the record fair will be signed by the man himself, if thats not "special" then we don't know what is..just need to remember to bring a sharpie...

We have an exclusive for the Black Gold vinyl fair in Bristol tomorrow, a white vinyl repress of my release on Return Of The Vibe! This is limited to 100 copies and the original press is long sold out 😊

Dropping Friday 29th September 7:30pm at defstar.co.uk - the return of Phonemena - Fresh out of Bournemouth Town the Phonomena crew are finally back and taking you Intergalactic with the second and final chapter of the Lazerdrome series, at least for the time being…

On the A Side Renegade blasts you on a mission through the galaxy with Multiverse, creating a tough and futuristic track full of influences from the past. With layers of hard hitting beats and a nod to one of the biggest rave tracks from 1991, this one will hopefully be rocking dancefloors from 2023 into beyond.

Flip to the AA and Rage teams up with legend of the scene EQ for a musical journey flying Supersonic with some euphoric strings before steadily building up to a tear out full of Mentasms and heavyweight bass reminiscent of one of EQ’s most famous tracks from 1992.

Incoming to Defstar on deep translucent purple wax all copies have been hand stamped both sides and instead of being random this time they’re available in 3 colour choices, red, yellow and teal blue with 25 special edition copies that are stamped with a yellow and teal combo making a dope green colour. Exclusive to Defstar, these specials also come with a free mixtape. Originally recorded by Rage and Renegade in 1997, they have dug the master out and produced 25 copies to celebrate 30 years since first meeting in September 1993.

Rage and Renegade wanted to say a massive thank you to everybody who bought a copy of Volume 1, they really appreciate the support and hope you enjoy spinning this one just as much.
