Excluding one Christmas special, my podcast “Please Be Seated” has been dead for over 2 years but as my podcasting experience developed over the years, it always felt like something I wanted to return to. I loved the initial premise that I came up with back when I was 14 and the show started...
Celebrities (and/or people with exciting and interesting careers) come on and discuss a film of their choice. Tangents are encouraged and it leads to a very interesting form of interview and informal discussion with the guest.
But I knew that when it dies eventually return, I’d need to shake up the format a little and give it a more professional vibe than it had before!
Part of the format shaking was the introduction of a cohost and that cohost will be the wonderful Chloe Griffiths!
There is no set date for when new episodes will be released as we’re only in preproduction but, if you want a taster of what is to come of this hosting duo - then tune into Robert E G Black ‘s “Existential Trilogy” of podcasts next week when we both guest.
I’m very excited about this development and thrilled to invite Chloe into the world of podcasting.
