Many to thanks to BBC SURREY for having me on their ‘Surrey Day - Surrey From The Sky (11/05/2024) - BBC Sounds’ podcast talking about all the amazing aeronautical innovation that has come out of Surrey, as well as some of the new space technology which are helping to keep an eye on bug health, and some of the positive things drones are doing, how they have evolved and how they are helping so many sectors from agriculture to search and rescue. We want to thank Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest for allowing us (David Campion, with Journalist Kitty Logan) to film some aerial footage for a broadcast feature on their incredible giant redwoods, they have three different species just a short walk away from each other, the Giant sequoia, the Coastal, and the Dawn redwood (which is a Chinese cousin).
They are all thriving right here in the UK and are an amazing site to behold close up, the drone really gives an incredible perspective as we were Abel to fly up alongside it’s branches until you reach the top of these towering trees to see the beautiful vista of the landscape below. Bedgebury is in Kent and is part of Forestry England. If you love walking, hiking or cycling then this place is an absolute gem for your soul.

We thank you for your life of service Queen Elizabeth II

Never has there been a more admirable and able Queen in the history of our country. I tip my hat off to you Ma’am and bow my head in respect and honour you for your years of duty, service and care, not only to our great nation, but indeed to the entire world as we know it.

So many people round the world have come, not only to know you as Queen, but surely as someone who has frequented many in their homes, through their television, and to many you have been seen as family.

The world has watched, and many have admired you, from the time you were crowned, to your children, and now your Grandchildren. To that end countless souls around the world will feel like they have indeed lost a family member, and others, a great Queen who served and was committed to her pledging words from such a young age.

It has been a pleasure serving under your reign this past decade, and you shall be sorely missed and forever cherished in our hearts.

Thank you for your steadfastness and endurance in running this race called life.
