A dirty fight took place among students from both NSUI and AVBP today at the Himachal Pradesh University Regional Centre in Khaniyara, Dharamshala.
Student party workers engaged into heated fight over placing banners for their respective parties.
NSUI students claimed that AVBP workers removed their party banners and also harassed one of their female workers.
However, AVBP student members denied and alleged that the NSUI had brought students from outside to create all the chaos in the college.
As I witnessed, few student workers from NSUI (allegedly outsiders) were trying to drag one of the students from the college premises and also threw stones aiming students inside.
Teachers and staff came forward to calm the situation.

Massive protests erupt on Friday in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur over offensive Prophet Muhammad remarks by suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma and her former colleague Naveen Kumar Jindal.
Two weeks back, Nupur Sharma made the controversial comment in a TV debate that has led to communal tension among Indian Muslims and also faced international outraged from more than a dozen of Islamic nations.
Several Gulf countries, a north African nation, and four Asian countries registered forms of protest against Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal's comments.
Delhi police said on Thursday that they had opened investigations against the former BJP MP and a few others—"on the basis of social media analysis against those trying to disrupt public tranquillity and inciting people on divisive lines".
Soon after the statements made by BJP MPs, the ruling party suspended Nupur Sharma and Naveen Kumar Jindal, who is the head of the party's Delhi media unit for sharing a screenshot of Sharma’s offensive comment in a tweet.
BJP issues a statement said, it was "against any ideology which insults or demeans any sect or religion" and added that it did not "promote such people or philosophy".
The list of countries that condemned the BJP Leaders’ Remarks include Qatar, Kuwait, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Afghanistan, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Maldives, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan and Egypt.

World Health Organisation on Tuesday confirmed that monkey pox is spreading through Sex. (voice over)
“Monkey pox is spreading through Sex,” said WHO.
In WHO’s recent meeting, it has warned that the infection is likely to spread to more nations.
“Over 100 monkeypox virus cases, a type of viral infection more common to West and Central Africa, have been confirmed in 12 countries,” according to WHO.
On May 07, the very first case of Money pox was reported. Since then more than 130 confirmed cases have been reported in 12 counties including the US.
Monkey pox was firstly reported in 1958 specifically in monkeys kept only for research purposes. The first case of monkey pox found in human body was registered in 1970's. (Voice over)
According to various reports, Monkey pox can be caught from a bite of an infected animal or by touching its body or fur.
Another reason could be by eating the meat of an infected animal that is not cooked properly.

The Russian ambassy posted several tweets on Mariupol hospital bombing on Thursday, which Ukraine reported later.
Reportedly 3 people have died and 17others were injured in the bomb blast.
After this one of the Russian Embassy's tweet claimed that account was fake.
It claimed “the maternity house was long non-operational” and even alleged that it was used by Ukrainian armed force and radicals.
"We took enforcement action against the Tweets you referenced as they were in violation of the Twitter Rules, specifically our Abusive Behavior policy related to the denial of violent events," a Twitter spokesperson said in a statement.

London faced a third day of severe disruption as London Underground workers went on strike for the second time this week.Transport for London (TfL) said people should expect all tube services across the capital to be suspended on Thursday, and advised passengers to work from home or walk or cycle where possible, or plan for crowding and delay if using other trains or buses for essential journeys. The footage from a security camera shows a flock of migratory birds descending on to houses like a cloud of black smoke in Mexico City.
Most birds manage to fly off but subsequent footage shows carcasses of the distinctive black and yellow birds scattered on streets of the city. The cause of death remains unclear but experts said it was most likely the flock was “flushed” from above by a predatory bird swooping down to make a catch.
A veterinarian suggested blame for the incident could lie with high levels of pollution, driven by the use of wood-burning heaters, agrochemicals, and cold weather in the area.
