As we know how much you park homers love the natural world, we thought we'd mark the occasion by sharing Russell Savory's great beaver vid! According to our friends at The Wildlife Trusts, these ingenious animals can do lots to restore wetlands across Britain. Well done beavers - keep beavering away!

Kittiwakes in a hammock
This year has been a record year for breeding pairs of kittiwakes - which are on the red list of conservation concern - on Coquet Island, England, in Northumberland. Courtesy of our friends at the RSPB Love Nature, check out long-time volunteer and award-winning blacksmith Stephen Lunn’s bespoke ‘kittiwake hammocks’, which provide extra nesting spaces on cliffs.These helped boost breeding pair numbers from 453 to 466. We love this beautiful part of England – if you’re considering moving to Northumberland, Wyldecrest Parks owns the delightful Bridgend Residential Park Wooler, only 30 miles from Coquet Island.
