Yesterday marked World Menopause Day 2021! A day to celebrate Menopause across all stages.

I am happy to announce that I have been asked to be the guest speaker for this week's upcoming "Difficult Conversation" to discuss MENOPAUSE for the design, engineering, construction and project management consultancy &Gould for London and South East region.

To raise awareness about MENOPAUSE and to create conversations for all employees.

I'll be sharing my own experiences of menopause, discussing the challenges women face and how to be empowered throughout the transition of menopause.

A big thank you to all the team at Small Biz Sat UK, 5 weeks of informative, supportive and helpful advice to support small businesses. A much needed resource for business owners this year.
