🔴PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE - CJS 🔴

The law is getting harsher for those manipulating it; new guidelines for legal professionals were recently published after a solicitor breached the rules again.

Clarity is necessary to prevent those impacted who’re suffering irreparable damage to their lives via loss of jobs, freedom/reputation due to the & behaviour of another party

Some victims & witnesses can be so frightened, losing hope in the that they withdraw from proceedings, resulting in offenders avoiding trial/escaping punishment.

🛑 NEW GUIDELINES 🛑

In England & Wales it carries a max sentence of

There needs to be especially from our where we expect to see !

RULES

New guidelines for perverting the course of justice were published on 12 July 2023 to ensure a consistent transparent approach (see below link👇)

Perverting the course of justice is an offence committed when a person prevents justice from being served on themselves or on another party, such as:

✔️Fabricating/disposing of evidence
✔️Intimidating/threatening a witness / juror
✔️Intimidating/threatening a judge

🔴 EXAMPLE 🔴

Lying in a criminal case & making up a completely different story to ensure an individual is imprisoned when they’d not broken the law

Some criminals may not like or deserve their own charges & want to “get even” punishing the real for bringing about the offences on them in the 1st place.

Examples of how:

✅ Giving false info in a police interview.

✅Assisting another to resist/evade arrest.

✅ Lying about events that didn’t occur & leveraging an already false criminal case brought about on a victim in order to SECURE RELEASE FROM PRISON

Its a strange world & important that our systems are fair & upheld!

JUSTICE is always worth fighting for - I’m happy that pushing for transparency & justice is actually achievable in this world, when we’re determined!

A very overcast start to August!

On-site at MediaCityUK today and happy to say our digital marketing team of freelancers is far sunnier than the skies overhead!

Some really interesting work coming our way which we haven’t had many requests to get involved with so far; we generally deal with organic / seo, paid media, socials, content, digital PR etc.

However, we’ve begun to get a notably higher number of client requests for influencer campaigns from particular sectors of late.

With smaller campaigns we’ve done this in-house, however, with larger strategies, I’ve been factoring the work out to partners who specialise specifically in this arena.

Specifically our clients who’ve requested this type of marketing support have been from within;

Healthcare, Fashion, Travel & Lifestyle.

Though we’ve also had enquiries from companies in the Industry.

UK Investment Minister Lord Dominic Johnson underscored the importance of the , while steering clear of committing to a timeframe. He was optimistic calling on the support of businesses to get behind it.

Founder , Manoj Ladwa said, "As the fastest growing major economy in the world, and the most populous, India has huge aspirations & equally huge responsibilities. I’m supported by AMAZING Counsel (highly recommend), I have some wonderful friends and some who have gone out of their way to support me on the business side too.

Ive had a new potential client approach me with a digital contract this morning - (a former colleague from AMEX).

Thank you so much to those for the ongoing public and private support - I’m overwhelmed tbf!

I’ve had around 50 messages across all my social platforms today enquiring about me.

I can’t get back to them all just this minute but working my way through!

Thankful to many, MANY people, especially those either part of this or have a fuller & deeper understanding of what’s really happening and why.

I’m working with DIGITAL RIGHTS FOUNDATION on insights and policy surrounding FREEDOM OF SPEECH for reporting the truth.

I’ll be working with more of these organisations.

Human rights apply online just as they do offline and whilst digital technologies provide new means to exercise human rights, they are too often also used to violate them.

Data protection and privacy issues, digital identity, the use of surveillance technologies, online violence and harassment, are of particular concern.

The Foundation aims to strengthen protections for human rights defenders (HRDs), with a focus on women's rights, in digital spaces through policy advocacy & digital security awareness-raising.

With growing privacy concerns on digital spaces, DRF seeks to increase awareness about privacy issues & defend the right to privacy by research, monitoring and reporting the tactics around surveillance whilst protecting THE TRUTH and ensuring it’s correctly reported.

The aim is to rally with other parties for strong legal protection for privacy and to raise their voice against dictating censorship policies, they propose viable solutions to the government.

Stoke or no Stoke?

Yesterday trespassers on the railway track meant huge delays for meetings I was meant to be at, later I found out it was children on the tracks.

Well it’s the school holidays but only just and there’s already problems!

Today is another busy one and I’m 2 webinars in.

Onwards and upwards.

Most excited about the opportunity of being an enterprise advisor for GMCA liaising between school boards and external parties on partnerships & additional educational opportunities for school children.

Yes, I’m sure this isn’t something else I imagined in my make believe world that runs parallel to the narrative of others.

It’s so difficult being “Alice in Wonderland” in my massive made up stories (because I must me mental & clearly enjoy dramas).

It must be the menopause, at nearly 54 I’ve no doubt hormones are responsible - only in my case tho, I’m mental me ! 😝

My neighbours have been in touch to say the POLICE have been hammering at my door in my absence this weekend!!!

They've been HAMMERING & SHOUTING SO LOUDLY THEY WOKE UP A YOUNG BABY ON SATURDAY MORNING SAYS MY NEIGHBOUR
 
This happened Saturday & today (apparently), BUT I don’t have to cover & care for my relative, which is where I am right now, there’s only me!

I am WORRIED SICK TO LEAVE HIM.
 
I'm trying to find out through my solicitor if I need to rush through the REAPPLICATION for ADDITIONAL RESTRAINING ORDERS against BOTH NAOMI TIMPERLEY & BRAD BURTON (however, even when I had one of these against Brad already, I WAS STILL ARRESTED the 1st time around – September ‘22)!!!

BECAUSE HERE I AM DEALING WITH 2 PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RECOGNISE THE LAW & SEE THEMSELVES AS ABOVE IT
 
I DON’T JUST have charges against them BOTH, they’ve ALREADY been SENTENCED & BRAD IS SAT IN PRISON !!!
 
I CAN’T EVEN GET THROUGH TO THE POLICE TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ABOUT THIS TODAY TO FIND OUT WHY THEY ARE CALLED OUT AGAIN & BANGING ON MY DOOR – I keep trying & trying to find out what is going on!!!

I'm awaiting word from my solicitor again BECAUSE HE'S IN PRISON & SHE ALREADY HAS A HARRASSMENT CHARGE BUT BOTH APPEAR TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LAW OR AUTHORITY AT ALL!

As a ***de survivor (su***de brought on by this very situation), I can tell you I'M DOING MY BEST WITH THIS - but 10 years of gaslighting, damage & destruction in my life & NOW 2 PEOPLE ALREADY CONVINCTED PUSHING FOR WHAT I BELIEVE IS A 5TH ARREST IS JUST BEYOND CRAZY!!!

THROUGHOUT this ENTIRE situation they have lied and used fraud as well to secure arrests.

V disturbing to be getting more from this fellah SERIOUSLY I’m telling the truth & this guy has followed me around the internet since Nov ‘22 shoving docs at me linked to Burton. The guy was jailed 6 months in 1999 for FRAUD!

Maybe Alex/Jonathan is innocent after doing 6 months for money / fraud but it’s just a strange thing that he’s also pushing out what I KNOW are fraud police docs using Sgt Wayne Hassleby’s name-which Burton went to prison for (pre Xmas ‘22) as they too are FORGED

Why is this ex con following me around aggressively everywhere & demanding I’m a liar on behalf of a man who regails in being a former drug dealer?

I’m a 54yr woman trying to look after family members whilst being pummelled with attacks & accusations, some have even contacting my clients & friends

The more “extreme” examples (like here) of those harassing & targeting me seem to have connections / or has been to already.

As a person I don’t mix with criminals so why are they all grouping up to harass me?

🚨 England’s🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 National ***deprevention Strategy is Disappearing Quickly & Quietly 🚨

The national stream that has been supporting hundreds of vital community ***de prevention projects, all across England, is quietly running dry.

Samaritans is currently calling on GOV.UK to use their new national su***de prevention strategy to turn this tap back on, before it’s too late.

SAMARATHON

I know what it's like to feel so desperate that you're right at breaking point.

Just over 6 years ago I attempted ***de for the second time because I was spiritually and psychologically broken by mass organised targeting, both at my home, at work and online, all simultaneously.

It also led to a .

I lost everything and having someone who was unbiased, non judgmental and understanding to talk to was something that I now understand would have changed outcomes significantly.

I'm lucky to still be alive today.

Metropolitan Police have also just announced plans to stop attending most call outs due to police forces being under serious constraint.

This will undoubtedly lead to further losses of life.

The Samaritans are more important than ever.

So, I'm taking on Samarathon this July and will cover at least the 26.2 miles target that has been set for running or walking to help make sure that every call and cry for help can be answered.

I still need to upload & update my steps on the dashboard.
