Small Scottish Publishing House, primarily dedicated to Slovenian – British alliance, bringing Slovenian books to the UK market and bringing books of British authors to the Slovenian market. This could be in form of expanding the richness of vocabulary for young readers; raising environmental awareness among children; presenting ideas on how to lead a healthier life style; or following the development of professional athletes through their sport.

Part 3 ... back in time with fantastic Italian/Japanese pizza - somehow empty - melancholic - drowning in beer and buzzing catering for each and every single one of us 🇯🇵 where one could easily spend a whole month and still have things to do ...

Overall, so much good food, so many overly tipsy nights, so many unexpected encounters, so many busy streets, yet so safe...

Part 2 - hot and a bit forgotten with flowing - scenic and mysterious Scottish mostly western tourists free with - mobbed but so green with fantastic - picturesque with deer and rivers of tourists queuing for insta photos of "empty" space - example of over-tourism with some excellent very touristy experiences and severe hangover due to superb beer selection ... plus and countless temples ...

Part 1 - so different from 1980 Karate Kid and Mr Miyagi ... quirky - unexpectedly welcoming and beautiful - naples-like jam packed narrow alleys of - party town - still busy ... amazing food, amazing beer, and some parts tourist-free (while others mentally busy) ... overall definitely gets my vote... loved the fact that cash is still a thing and the expected standards of public toilets cleanliness will never be lowered again... and we made it to a football match

What a weekend... Serica Cheetah in action at ... brilliantly organised event by really suited to all ... weather made sure we were kept on our toes 😁 I will not say here it is to the next year... but somehow I'm easily persuaded 🤣🤣🤣

PS I have not laughed so much in a long time ... and I have never known so many people at an event... probably partially Aberdonian by now 🤣🤣🤣

It was such a privilege to have an opportunity to work with on her new book, Grande Casino. A novel, or maybe a memoir, where poetic description of nature is skilfully weaved with raw emotions. A reminder that we are so alike in our feelings of hurt and happiness and that, in the end, all that matters is being with people we love...

birthday present ... full of life! Rainy, windy, sunny and rainy again, but nothing that would keep people indoors ... superb breweries, amazing pubs, brilliant restaurants, spectacular museums ... Full of history and so close to the heart of an ex-yugo girl ... weekend just wasn't enough ...

(Plus a football match, three runs and a concert to top it all off)
