Important seminar to understand more about research around the topic of ADHD. This is something that Autek has an interest in, particularly around how health professionals can improve conversations with us ADHD'ers. Our director, Steve Bond, will be chairing the session.

Another of our activity videos, this time showing the benefits and real community spirit at Wi******er parkrun. Thanks Wi******er parkrun for sharing this.

One thing that didn't feature in the video is the amazing opportunity for volunteers to be part of this event, to get some fresh air, and some exercise without having to run 5K. For anxious people, this may be a great way to check it out. Energise Me

As part of the Hampshire Active Health Programme project Autek has been working on we met up and interviewed some older Wi******er-based skaters on why they skate and the local Wi******er skate scene they are involved in.

We are looking for autistic perspectives on healthcare for a new project‼️

We are excited to announce an upcoming research workshop focused on healthcare services, and we are seeking autistic individuals to participate in this study.

📍 Location: Spithead Resource Centre, 55 Montgomerie Rd Southsea Portsmouth PO5 1EB.
