We are still working hard on the Snare Builder Tool Kit, which may get a little bit of a re-brand/re-name at some point. So here's a little breakdown of what it entails.

8 mics, 3 tunings, 3 wire tensions, 3 dynamic strikes, 9 striking tools. Each mic picks up a different tonal quality of the snare, for maximum range and flexibility in mixing.

We recommend stacking up to 6 mics, and any can be stacked with any others to create your own, super charged snare. You'll never have a bad sounding snare again!

2/3rds of the recording for the Snare Builder Tool Kit is done, and the editing has started. There will be an estimated 3672 mic samples for people to play around with to make your snare sound its best. More news coming soon.

Greetings one and all. As our first official post, we'd like to welcome everyone to what is to come, share our appreciation that you have taken to liking and following us on our first couple of days of social media life, and share our progress.

At present, we are working on our first product launch, the Snare Builder Tool Kit. A third of the recordings have been done so far, and there are many.

This sample pack will contain a series of snare one shots, with different tunings and wire tensions, using different strike tools and dynamics. Each recording consists of 8 mics, at different heights and positions for maximum depth. You can put any of these mics in any combination for varying levels of range, and mix each one as you please for full control over your snare sound.

Additionally, if you didn't want to go to the effort of making your own, we will have lots of pre-fab snare samples that we have created in the pack.
