The full recipe (serves 4) is:
💜 Grease 4 ramekins with butter
❤️ Add 110g butter (cubed) and 175g chocolate chips to a bowl and melt in the microwave (do 30 second intervals)
💜 Add 75g icing sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 egg yolks and 1 tsp vanilla extract and whisk until smooth
❤️ Fold in 25g unsweetened cocoa powder, 25g all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt
💜 Pour ramekins only halfway with batter, then top each ramekin with 1 tbsp peanut butter and a few choc chips
❤️ Top with remaining batter
💜 Air-fry for 10-12 mins at 190°C and leave to stand for 5 mins before serving

CREAMY TUSCAN HALLOUMI! 😍✨ Forget chicken—halloumi takes this dish to the next level, and you HAVE to try it! The sauce is rich and creamy with a hint of tanginess, while the salty halloumi is just perfection! 🤌
Recipe:
🧀 Add about 1 tbsp each of butter and oil from a jar of sundried tomatoes to a pan.
🍅 Next, add 6 grated garlic cloves, 1 diced white onion, and about half a jar of sundried tomatoes.
🧀 Once softened, pour in around 200ml chicken stock, the juice of a lemon, and 1 tbsp each of smoked paprika and oregano.
🍅 Mix in approx 150ml single cream, 75g parmesan, and 100g spinach. Allow everything to simmer together.
🧀 As it simmers, the sauce should reduce and thicken. If you prefer a thicker sauce, add a mix of cornflour and cold water. If it’s too thick, add more stock and/or cream.
🍅 Meanwhile, in a separate pan, fry thick slices of halloumi—we suggest 3-4 pieces per person.
🧀 Once the halloumi is golden on both sides, add it to the simmering pan of sauce, and serve immediately.

CHILLI JAM CHICKEN & CHIPS! 😍✨ ad The BEST date night chicken we’ve ever made!
It’s sweet, sticky and has the perfect kick of heat from the chilli jam 🌶️ Served with McCain UK IE Shake Shake Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Fries, which compliment the sweetness from the chilli jam chicken SO well! 💙 It’s also incredibly simple to make - made in less than 20 minutes and all cooked in the air-fryer! An absolute winner of a dinner for you and your partner ✨ Who fancies making this?
Recipe (serves 2):
🍟 Add 60g cornflakes to a ziplock bag, followed by 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp onion granules and salt & pepper (to taste). Seal the ziplock bag, then roll with your hands or a rolling pin to coarsely crush the cornflakes.
💙 Line up 3 large bowls. In the first bowl, add 30g Plain Flour. In the second, add 2 eggs and beat together. In the third, add your crushed seasoned cornflakes.
Dip each chicken tender into the flour, then eggs, then crushed cornflakes - ensure they’re fully coated.
🍟 Transfer the coated chicken into your air-fryer, spray each one with some spray oil, then air-fry at 180C for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy, before removing and setting aside.
💙 Carefully open a bag of McCain Shake Shake Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Fries, add the seasoning from the sachet to the fries and shake until evenly coated.
🍟 Place the seasoned fries into your air-fryer basket and cook at 200C for 6-8 minutes (shaking half way through) until crisp and light golden.
💙 Whilst the fries are cooking, add 6 tbsp of Chilli Jam to a pan and gently heat through for 2-3 mins, until it’s bubbling.
🍟 Transfer the chilli jam to a bowl and allow to cool slightly, then dip each chicken tender in the Chilli Jam until well coated.
💙 Serve the chilli jam chicken tenders alongside your McCain Shake Shake Fries, a side salad and dipping sauce of choice.

Recipe (serves 2):
🥔 Parboil 350g of chopped small new potatoes for 5-8 minutes, until they're soft
🍗 Add your parboiled potatoes to the air-fryer (make sure they are all uniform to ensure even cooking, halve & halve again if you need), followed by 1 red onion in chunks & 2 tbsp of pesto, and mix until coated
🥔 Place in 2 chicken breasts, drizzle both sides with olive oil and season with 1 tsp each of oregano, basil and paprika, then 1/2 tsp of garlic granules and salt & pepper to taste
🍗 Air-fry at 180C for 12 mins, give everything a mix and flip your chicken, then add in 250g halved cherry tomatoes
🥔 Air-fry at 180C for a further 10 mins (if your potatoes aren’t crispy enough, remove your chicken to rest for 5mins in foil and cook your potatoes for another 5mins)
🥔 Garnish with fresh basil, and serve with a side salad (optional)
