Visualizing your B2B software proposition - our 9-step guide to making a B2B software explainer video that can then be optimized for a b2b video marketing campaign
1. We commence the process with a client video call where a product expert explains how the software works and its key uses. The call is recorded for reference purposes.
2. From the recording a 'modular 'script is written that gives a full product overview including key features benefits and unique selling points.
3. We then request remote access to the software and record locally on an edit suite. To ensure high quality, hi-spec graphics cards are used to record the videos to stop them from slowing the recording down
4. Import all relevant clips into a 3d modeling package where they can be inserted into 3d models such as computer screens, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
5. Once the screenshots are in the relevant 3d model they can be exported into the edit suite to be cut up into a long-form edit.
6. Once the core animation has been signed off, the client can select the voice-over artist from our roster.
7. Music, voice, and sound effects can then be added to complete the production
8. Finally, you can create the ‘ agile' short form micro versions from the core explainer such as video bytes, stings, small ads, and short 30-second versions of the explainer for ongoing social media feeds to engage your brand with target audiences.
9. You can then run an optional agile video optimization campaign for brand engagement and lead generation to give your proposition the best chance of being seen by B2B target audiences.
