Well today was an emotional end to three years working on the fantastic show that was “Steph’s Packed Lunch” on channel 4.

Starting out as a tech/gaffer thanks to David Stevens.

Moving on to lighting director thanks to Andy Stagles Lighting Director Limited.

I’ve worked this show through 3 lighting console changes, starting on the ETC Congo, then onto MA3 and ending on Chamsys.

I’ve met many wonderful humans over the last 3 years and the show has given so many people a foot on the ladder into the world of TV and broadcast.

Today we went out with a bang, a fun filled show full of laughs and tears!

Something a little different this weekend, as well as being an official sponsor of “jingle all the way for Derian house” we also took part, dressed up as Santa and walked the 15-16 mile hike from chorley upto Rivington Pike and back again with over 700 Santa’s! Great day raising money for a great cause.

We’ve had a fantastic week working for CDS Events as crew chief and lighting programmer.
Rivington Heritage Trust’s Light festival event.
It’s been such a pleasure to work with a fantastic crew and amazing volunteers to put this one together.
The show doesn’t come without it’s challenges being on the side of a hill but the team pushed through and delivered on everything we asked of them.
Everything from site logistics, moving vendor trailers, all lighting, audio, power provided by CDS Events.
Here’s to next year :)

What an honour and a privilege to play a small part in history this week, lighting console operator for Llandaff Cathedral service of Prayer and Reflection for the life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Thanks to Lighting Designer Andy Cottey and Gaffer Gafin Riley for having me on board and trusting me to be part of their team.
What a beautiful setting for todays service at Llandaff Cathedral, with The Royal Standard flying high in the air.

A nice little project we where happy to be involved in. Big thanks to the Prolight team for having us on board to deliver a part of the stand.
This was a really interesting little project with plenty of challenges and hurdles to get over.
