This is a reminder from Police Scotland that a temporary speed limit of 50mph is in place on the A92 between Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath due to work on replacing the central barrier. This limit is in effect at all times of the day and night.

A Christmas film which was shot in Fife and Perthshire is set to air this weekend on Channel 5. "Christmas in Scotland" was filmed in locations including Culross, Limekilns and Crieff earlier this year, and some scenes were also shot in Edinburgh.

Jenny Gilruth MSP, Member of the Scottish Parliament for Mid Fife and Glenrothes is raising money with her local office team for Collydean Community Centre in the North of the town. An ambitious target of £750 has been set and any support is welcome.

Jenny and her team will be walking, cycling and running the distance between Glenrothes and its twin town of Böblingen in Germany throughout November to raise the money.
