✨ Now the good stuff. ✨
Follow these 3 steps:
✅ Video Content - First, try and find a clip with no obvious start or end point. It doesn’t need to be complicated, a common one would be stirring a coffee or a nature clip such as this one when you’re on your next walk. If you use bigger movements, try and hide the start and end points so it seems continuous. More focus will be on the text and ‘hook’ you use.
✅ Audio - Now, choose a repetitive audio like the one on this reel, or one line/lyric within a song. You may need to trim your clip and play about with the audio start and end points so the audio isn’t disrupted and sounds like it’s repeating on a loop.
[ There’s a lot to be said for trending audios, where the original audio had over a million uses, however it can be tricky to get those audios to loop so don’t worry too much. ]
✅ The Text - Lastly, this needs to grab your audience’s attention by *stopping the scroll*, either by trigger emotion, a divisive statement/question, solving a problem or peaking curiosity. This will pull the audience to your caption which *needs to add value*, otherwise the viewer will go back to scrolling.
The more engaging your caption, the longer the viewer will read, which means your reel loops and loops in the background, it racks up more views and Instagram thanks you for keeping people on the platform by pushing your content out more.
