We have had an increasing number of people contacting us regarding missing subscriptions and magazines. This is not us.

We stopped producing our magazine 5 years ago, and as such have not offered a subscription for many years.

Since then another magazine, formally known as "Bushcraft and Survival Skills Magazine" had changed its name to "The Bushcraft Magazine" (The same name our magazine had). This has caused a lot of confusion.

If you have come here because your magazines have not been delivered, your subscription money had been taken but your magazines have not arrived, you have not been able to cancel your subscription, you have bought back issued and they have not arrived, your promised free gift has not arrived, etc.. I am sorry to.say, you have come to the wrong page.

Your best bet is to look for Bushcraft and Survival skills magazine.

Good luck all
Matt

Our amazing friend Hannah Nicholls has been really unwell with bacterial meningitis on the brain. Her family have set up a JustGiving page to help raise some funds for Hannah.

If you ever came to The May Meet you will have met Hannah. She is a wonderful instructor and gave so much to so many people. Now is our time to give a little back to her.

If you can spare just £1 it would help. Please head over to this link

Weʼre raising money to help support our beloved mother, Hannah Nicholls, after suffering from Bacterial Meningitis on the Brain.. Support this JustGiving Crowdfunding Page.

We had a wonderful day with Steve and Cathy yesterday. A lovely lunch followed by a fungi walk. Here is Steve with a death cap, a deadly fungi in the amanita family.

A Fungal Tree of Life, the macroscopic diversity of fungi. The illustrations are rather lovely and it's very informative too. :)

Our goal is to construct an improved, minimal genome E. coli to serve both as a reduced-complexity model organism, and as a programmable cellular chassis for biotechnological applications.

Shared this with the residents of our road. Cooked two ways - classic schnitzel (sliced and dipped in egg and breadcrumbs and then fried) and cubed, dusted in curry powder and fried also. There are lots of ways - I have over thirty recipes - but simple is best for sharing :)

This will be cooked with bacon and eggs for breakfast tomorrow. One of my favourite mushrooms.
