There have been celebrations at Rathmore Grammar after it was named Best Northern Ireland School and student Eoin Rossney-Hyde wins Best Project category at the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition.

In April 2024 Rising Sons of Saintfield JLOL 247 won the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland Scripture Competition (age 10-12 category), and qualified to take part in the interjurisdictional Scripture Competition. The boys were clear winners in the intermediate category with an impressive 89%. Teams from Scotland and England took the runner up positions. Congratulations to Jack, Maurice, Benjamin and Reuben.
