Any man can ask for s*x in a relationship, but it's left for you as a lady to know that s*x, can't keep him ( S*x isn't enough).

There are two major factors ladies complain about s*x in a relationship:
✓ After giving him my body he left me.
✓ He left because I refused to have s*x with him.

Keep in mind that both those who gave and those who refused to give are complaining.

So what then is the difference?🤷

If you feel or think you have nothing to offer a man aside s*x, please in the name of God or whatever you believe in, remain single. Don't come and spoil the market for ladies who have more to offer. BUDGET YOUR TIME
Using a page instead of my account on Facebook and only following high impact pages that I choose has helped me miss a lot of time wasting junk on social media. Time is a resource just like money. Time is actually the greatest of resources. How you spend it will show as years pass. Many want to be careful with how they invest their money and not their time not realising that time can be invested or squandered just like money.

Time management is more important than money management. It's impossible to find one who squanders time recklessly and manages money carefully. When you squander time you will not have money to manage. Money is a product of well managed and invested time. Budget your time the way you would budget your money.

What's the return on time invested in sleep? Maybe good health. However the health gains made in sleeping long hours will all be wiped by the problems of poverty brought by sleep. What's the return on time invested in entertainment? Maybe happiness. However the happiness of an idle life is short lived as soon the realities and needs of life overtake such happiness.

Use your time to start or grow your business
To grow your relationship
To grow your knowledge base
To grow your qualifications
To grow your network
To grow your spirituality

Don't click, like and swipe yourself into poverty by the endless junk on social media. Follow positive content.

HOW MY CAR ALMOST TRAPPED MY PROGRESS
After graduating I was obsessed with buying a car. I remember we once had a discussion with my classmates in the month towards graduation as to whether the wise thing would be to buy a car or land. We all agreed except for one guy that a good car and not just a car was the way to go. A good car to us meant not less than 2 litres of consumption. A good car to us meant a German machine. I am talking of Benz, BMW, Audi etc.. A good car meant a high performance vehicle. If you pass and young ladies don't smile and if you stop and they don't say I love your car then it is not a good car. That seemed to be the definition of good car.

After graduation I bought a car and I mean it was a BMW. Well let's just say for the next two years I literally worked for fuel and car servicing, on a daily basis converting money into smoke and engine oil. Most of my friends also went the same route with high performance loan cars that have a high fuel consumption and are costly on servicing. It's a phase that almost every young man has to go through and no matter how you advise any fresh graduate your advice will not be taken because certain lessons are only better learned from personal experience.

I quickly came to learn that those friends that started with small cars with low fuel consumption and maintenance costs made quick progress as they were soon owning houses, land, businesses I could afford to sponsor themselves back to school. In 2016 I had to make the painful but good decision to sell the car and used its money to recapitalize my business. While my first car was bought out of a loan the investment allowed me to buy the next for cash.

A car is a good thing and may be a necessity depending on what you do. However a car that converts all your income into smoke to the level that you are ever asking for money for fuel is working to delay your progress. A car was meant to make your life easy and not difficult. If your car is making your life difficult it could be that it is above your current level and the earlier you think of selling it and getting another the better.

A car in the early years of work in my view is a means to an end and not an end in itself. A car in the early years of life should help you to build yourself to the point that you can afford to get the luxury cars and enjoy them later on in life.

Just in case you are currently processing a loan at the bank to buy that powerful machine, this is not to stop you but to share with you what happened to me. Your case may be different and it may work out very differently for you but perhaps this information could help in your decision making. I strongly believe I would be two steps ahead of my current level had I not wasted time and money on that car in the first three years of work.

The good thing is you are young so even if you mess up by making all these wrong financial decisions you still have time to redeem yourself however I have seen one or two friends that have really taken a long time to recover from certain wrong financial decisions.

It was a distinct honour and privilege to address the Nigerian Bar Association at their Annual General Conference yesterday. The warm reception was gratifying and deeply appreciated.

To recap what I said, Nigeria needs true, visionary and diligent leadership to transit from its present state of failure and stagnation to growth and development.

Now that our nation is exhibiting the characteristics of a fragile and failed state, we must re-evaluate our leadership selection process to ensure that only diligent and committed leaders are voted into power, so that we can begin to rescue this nation urgently.

We must strive for a leadership imbued with competence, capacity, credibility and commitment.

I maintain that the elections in 2023 will go beyond connections, tribe or religion, but center on competence, character and commitment to deliver on the dividends of true democracy.
