Pour yourself a gin because it’s World Gin Day! We’re loving the sound of this twist on a classic G&T from Isle of Barra Distillers Ltd Here’s how to make it…

• 50ml Barra Atlantic Gin
• 3 sliced strawberries
• Black peppercorns and a grinder
• Tonic water (they suggest Walter Gregor’s Original Tonic)

Pour the gin in the glass and add the slices of strawberry. Fill the glass with ice and grind in some black pepper. Pour in the tonic water, lightly stir and garnish with an extra strawberry 🍓
