Earlier this month, Ruairí Cahill (Creative Director) from video production social enterprise Funk Soul Media Cic brought a brilliant workshop to our Autism Connect group. 🙌

Ruairí showcased lots of videography and music tech and invited any interested members to experience it for themselves! The group had the chance to ask lots of questions about videography, working in the media industry or starting their own business. 🤩 🎧🎤

A fun, relaxed evening was had by all thanks to Ruairí’s enthusiasm, energy and engagement! Thanks again Ruairí!!💜

Seachtain na Gaeilge 2024 started in Ardscoil Naomh Pól today with a screening of Spiorad Ceilteach; a short film about the Celtic Spirit.

The film was recorded all over County Armagh's ancient Celtic landscape and it was great to see the beauty of our local area showcased in the film.

It was a cause of great pride to St Paul’s that many of their students make an appearance in the film speaking Irish, dancing, singing and playing hurling with Craobh Rua Camlocha

The event was filled with music. It began with a few students from our traditional group playing tunes, our Cór Ghaelach then sang Coinleach Ghlas an Fhómhair and Casadh an tSúgáin and the event concluded with Ruairí from Funk Soul Media Cic aka Irish rapper Cú Chulainn Hip-Hop performing his song Ard Mhacha.

An inspiring start to Seachtain na Gaeilge, reminding us all that the Spiorad Ceilteach is a part of us all. St Paul's Bessbrook
