Yesterday we delivered our latest Drone Regulations course to help equip venues and events with the knowledge to manage friendly and unfriendly drones whilst protecting safety and security. This now means over 200 people from the industry have attended these courses!

Having protected the RAF Red Arrows for many years at displays across the length and breadth of the UK, we will be sending multiple drone teams to RAF Cosford Air Show (Official) w in June for our fourth consecutive show. Our Airshow customers love our ability to help manage event safety as well as providing airspace protection from unauthorised drone flights, which sadly there can be many of!

We are delighted to be sending two drone teams to Highest Point Festival to kick off our summer season in May. We will have a Crowd Management drone onsite for each day, including a Level 5 qualified Crowd Manager, in addition to our promotional drone team who are supporting the marketing department. With over 20 festivals confirmed across the summer, we cannot wait to get flying!

Our are delighted to have spent the last few weeks providing services to National Football League London Games. We helped ensure safety and security of the games, working closely with NFL security teams and the Metropolitan Police Service, proving that our services are a vital security & safety component to any major event taking place at a stadia.

Q: What do you do if you need to manage Crowd Safety for a 10-mile-long route for a major parade? 🤔

A: You bring in Crowded Space Drones! 🎉

For the Liverpool FC Champions of Europe Parade 🏆 in May 2022, we deployed for Liverpool City Council to provide multiple drones linked live back to Event Control 💻. Thanks to our special permission from the CAA, such as flying close to crowds or up to 1,000m away from our Pilots, we were able to provide overlapping coverage in the Event Control Room.

This enabled the Crowd Management, Event Safety and Policing teams to see the parade as it moved along the route, helping them ensure everyone’s safety.

As we deploy with qualified Crowd Management personnel, they are constantly monitoring the area for potential issues to then show the control room the issues in real time.

Using our various technology 📡, even when the phone network collapsed 📵due to the large number of people present, our signals always get back to Event Control.

We are very excited that Sophie Merivale, who has led our teams delivering Leeds Festival, Reading Festival, BST Hyde Park, All Points East, Creamfields, Boardmasters and many many more has been shortlisted as Unsung Hero of the Year at this years NOEA awards taking place on the 23rd November.

We don't need to wish Sophie luck as we already know how absolutely amazing she is. None of our team would love what we do as much as we do without the sensational work Sophie does.

We are recruiting for a Digital Content Producer who will work with our Marketing & Digital team. This exciting role includes the following duties;

Marketing & Digital Media

Creation of media assets for various uses using Adobe CC products including Lightroom, Photoshop and Illustrator
Following existing brand guidelines and helping to improve / develop brand guidelines
Planning marketing activities for digital platforms including social media and websites
Planning content and overseeing website updates
Working with operational teams to collect content including Photographs and Videos of operational activities

IT / Technology

Working to support internal teams with hardware / software management in a support capacity
Overseeing administration accounts for various platforms including adding/removing users
Deploying to major events across the UK to support our teams onsite when delivering our services

Candidates applying will need the following skills / experience:

High level of proficiency in use of Adobe suite of products

Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design & digital content design

Minimum of 2 years experience in managing digital content including social media content

Salary from £30,000 (higher if experienced)

Over the Jubilee weekend we sent our flight crews to and to provide drone services, capturing the event and keeping people safe.

It was an honour to fly for 's return to the iconic venue after 26 years...

And to help with the take off of a new festival was just as exciting as you can imagine!

Now to look forward to the summer ahead...

We need additional crew to join us full time from May to September to fly drones at the biggest events in the UK 🎪

For Pilots, we need experienced DJI Inspire 2 pilots who are used to capturing cinematic and dynamic footage. FPV skilled pilots are an added bonus.

For Camera Operators, we need those experienced with DJI X5S and ideally X7 camera systems.

These roles will see Pilots join our teams flying Inspire 2s, M210s and M300s for clients including BBC, ITV, Sky, Amazon Prime, The Royal Households and most major music festivals & sporting tournaments in the United Kingdom.
