Strange Reality Music is a brand new recording studio based in the small picturesque town of Snaith in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Owned and run by experienced producer, engineer and musician Chris Miley, the studio features a spacious live area capable of hosting a full band, natural light (and LED colours to help to capture your mood and inspire your performance), great adaptable acoustics and
a superb control/mix room. We record to Pro Tools 12.4 with the option of using either the in-house Soundcraft GB4 analogue console (designed for live sound but with a beautiful feel for studio recording too) or a Soundcraft Si Performer digital console. Either of these can be supplemented by high quality Focusrite and Golden Age Project (based on the Neve 1073) preamplifiers. We have a great variety of microphones by AKG, Behringer, Golden Age Projects, Røde, Reslo, Sennheiser and Shure, as well as top quality back line by Pearl, Premier, Trace Elliott and Marshall. We also run a record label, and can release your music on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Spotify and many more. Get in touch to discuss your project and to book your sessions now!
