According to reports from Deadline, Joel McHale has been cast as Sydney's husband, Mark Evans, in the upcoming Scream 7 🔪

Currently in production in Atlanta, Scream 7 sees the return of Neve Campbell as Sidney, Courtney Cox as Gale Weathers, Mason Gooding as Chad Meeks-Martin, and Roger L. Jackson as the voice of Ghostface 👻

The CGI likeness of Ian Holm used in Alien: Romulus has been improved for the home release 📀

🗣 "We just ran out of time in post-production to get it right,” said director Fede Alvarez. “I wasn’t 100 per cent happy with some of the shots, where you could feel a bit more the CG intervention. So, for people that react negatively, I don’t blame them.”

“We fixed it, we made it better for the release right now. I convinced the studio we need to spend the money and make sure we give the companies that were involved in making it the proper time to finish it and do it right. It’s so much better.”

The studio is close to agreeing a deal with Alvarez to return. “[Alvarez] has an idea that we’re working on”

20th Century Studios boss Steve Asbell has revealed that TWO Predator films will release next year! 🔜

Predator: Badlands will release in theaters on November 7, 2025, and will be joined in the same year by another film from Dan Trachtenberg, with Asbell saying:

“After Prey became a success, Dan [Trachtenberg] came back and said he didn’t want to do Prey 2. And we’re like, ‘What do you want to do?’ And he rattled off a bunch of ideas that were really crazy but really cool. We’ve actually done two of them.

“Two are coming out next year, one I can’t talk about yet"
