Not always, but sometimes. Quite often I realise this at times where I don’t need to “channel my focus” so maybe about 23:30, watching TV and I’ll suddenly realise I’ve missed the last 15 minutes as I’m trying to work through my tabs. Force quit the frozen ones and look around for the music…

A few weeks in and I forgot about a holiday week, small changes can have massive impacts for those of us with ADHD - the road to success is thin and the toad to failure feels huge.

Week 2, maybe 3, could still be 1... Only going twice a week for about an hour each time but definitely feeling the benefits.
