✨ We’re so thrilled to share an inspiring story from one of our longtime readers, Alexis, a young nature enthusiast! Alexis recently won the prestigious title of Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year, awarded by the Natural History Museum in London, for his stunning image of a springtail and the fruiting body of a slime mould. A huge achievement in a competition that receives nearly 60,000 entries worldwide!
From exploring Eco Kids Planet’s pages to learning in a 'forest kindergarten' in Berlin, Alexis’s love for nature photography blossomed into an incredible talent, capturing the hidden beauty of the tiny, often-overlooked natural world. 📸🌱
We’re beyond proud to have played a small part in his journey – and are overjoyed to feature his winning photo in our latest issue! 🎉👏
