Last post of the year, as we reflect on 2024 & look forward to 2025. TRUST XXIV Compilation is out now BTW 😉

A trio of remixes of a Trust classic, Trex - Dopamine.

Leading the charge, man like returns to Trust with his hench dancefloor detonator, big bad & bassy with heavyweight wobs & stabbing bassnotes, taking out all junglists in it's wake.

The next two versions are from the winners of the Dopamine Remix competion, with so many quality versions it was a tough decision to pick a winner, so much so, we had to make it a joint winner, so in no particular order the winners are:

Edinburgh's enigmatic takes us on a deeper trip with his shimmering remake, soulful & techy, the vibes run in a totally different direction, we love what he has done with the track adding new elements while keeping the essence of original, yet creating something completely fresh & different.

Last but no means least, Swiss beat surgeon delivers his version that goes back in on the dancefloor vibes, a badman riddim that brings rolling drama & a bruising bassline, interlocking the distinct sounds from the original & adding new features & fx cleverly sprinkled to spice it up.

Big respect to Cronic, Omux & everyone that entered, we were floored with the quality & we'll find a way to bring more of these remixes out so you can all hear for yourself. Big ups!

Too hot to handle, too cold to hold
The invincible sounds of the Randall!

It's hard to express just how much Randall has mean't to us, both individually & as a label. Without doubt our biggest influence & inspiration, so to say his passing has come as a massive shock & hit us hard is an understatement.

When we were setting up the label, we were privileged to be sat in a hotel room in Amsterdam with Randall, thrashing out ideas for the label & Randall was typically enthusiastic & encouraging about our new venture. His energy & passion was infectious and we cherish all the times we played along side him, watching him in awe & listening to him in awe. We even got to break bread with the living legend, our hero. What a down to earth geezer he was though, always jokes, a proper wind up merchant haha, we love u Ran 👊♥️

Trust has a kinship with Mac II, as that was the label we released on & cut our teeth before launching Trust, so the ties are ingrained in our DNA.

Our thoughts are with Randall's family & loved ones, the whole scene is in mourning right now with the loss of the greatest DJ there ever was, no-one comes close. RIP Randall McNeill, your legacy will live on forever...Randall we salute you 🫡♥️
