Continental Records Joining the dots between pop music and the dancefloor.

Continental records is the label of DJ/A&R Jerry Bouthier, the French scene pioneer who long relocated to London. Part of the Kitsuné family, sound-designer of Vivienne Westwood and other fashion houses, resident dj at London infamous club night BoomBox, Jerry is also half of baleariscopop duo JBAG with Andrea Gorgerino - four singles to date and many remixes for the likes of Two Door Cinema Club,

Ladyhawke, Sparks, Kylie, Gigamesh…
With its global cast of rising talents (Reflex, Shindu, Bluehost, Bleu Toucan, Mannequine, Boys Get Hurt, Middle…) and visiting pals (Adamski, RÜFÜS, Kamp!, Scarlet Fantastic, Romuald & Madji’k…) the colourful imprint is building a body of releases where passion for songs and dancefloor ethics cohabit on dj-friendly EPs crafted by authentic artists.

Gary Agletiner aka Agleis a French producer Based in Barcelona

Escaped from his atmospheric/ VHS soundtrack orientated project “My Faust”, Agle carries his taste for vintage horror movies scores to the dancefloor.

Composed with a dark epic sonority and nostalgic inside-world mostly inspired by analog synth sounds from the 80’s, Gary Agletiner produces his own enigmatic and aesthetic musical universe.

His fascination for highreferences from the genre cinema such as John Carpenter and Stanley Kubrick and the Electronic music pioneer sounds of Jean-Michel Jarre and Giorgio Moroder.
Agle’s dreamlike melody drives us to this romantic and phantasmagoric place from the past where you feel like you belong.

His musical design is ameticulous mix between the filmscape of the 70s/80s and a melancholy surreal type of feeling from the new wave and the Energy of the disco.
