Why did I actually get into property? 🤔
To be able to create a portfolio that can be an investment was really appealing to me.
However with that, you need money to be able to put into that investment, therefore cash flow was also something I needed. 📈
So, with some of my property strategy’s they also provide good cashflow.
So a win, win really. 🤞
