I'm Jodie (on the left) and that's Paris, my sister on the right. And this is our story, (the short version):

We've worked together for the past 20 years and during that time there's been a whole lot of life, mostly characterised by juggling the joys of motherhood alongside fast paced careers. Fast forward to post 40 and there were energetic shifts that couldn't be ignored. Perimenopause arrived with insomnia, brain fog and intermittent achy joints for Paris, while I started experiencing more intense phases to my menstrual cycle, with luteal becoming hard to manage.

We began researching traditional plant-based medicine and using Ashwagandha, a powerful adaptogenic herb. After using this successfully, we soon discovered that we didn’t need it every day, but we did recognise a pattern connected to our menstrual cycle; by listening to the body, it became obvious that we needed targeted support that changed with the different phases of our cycles, so we started to learn which botanicals and adaptogens could help us with the ebbs & flows of each phase. Could it be plausible that female supplementation should be mapped to the menstrual cycle? That it should support us differently depending on our 'phase' and that it should change with us? We thought so.

The universe connected us with Sara Rooney, medical herbalist; & we suggested that women might need changing support mapped to their menstrual cycle. Sara was on board immediately and as a female hormone health specialist was able to add the science to our idea.

And so, ‘Harmony’ was born; the world’s first menstrual cycle / perimenopause support to target each of the four phases.
