My Name is Hannah Jermy and I am the Founder and Owner of Jermedia UK. I have had a passion for Digital Marketing for many years and have always had a particular interest in Social Media and learning about it’s developments and the technicalities behind how it works most effectively. Having worked in-house for a discount retail chain whilst doing my Apprenticeship in Business Administration, I have picked up key skills such as top level Customer Service, Effective Content Creation, How to Create and Manage successful Paid Advertising Campaigns aswell as having learnt the knowledge side to support this as a result of my Qualification which enabled me to effectively apply my skills to a Business. I really enjoyed my experience working internally and also worked hard to be nominated and win Apprentice of the Year 2016 and Advanced Business Services Apprentice of the Year 2016. I always put 100% into everything I do and at the forefront of this, is creating and contributing towards a successful social media presence for my clients. I’ve always been passionate about keeping up with the latest trends and pride myself on providing prompt User Interaction which is very important in ensuring the pages perform at their best. Throughout my career, I have also worked for a Digital Marketing agency which has allowed me to further my skills in working with different types of brands (everything from Tradespeople to Motorhomes to Pets to Fashion!) and develop my skills in other areas such as Video Creation. I have an in-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and love sinking my teeth into new brands that are needing assistance or even someone to take it completely off their hands. Social Media is not successful done half-heartedly and needs to be carried out by someone who knows what they’re doing. I love having a close working relationship with my clients as I feel it is important that they feel they have input too especially if platforms have been created and managed by themselves for many years - it can feel hard to let go sometimes and put trust in someone. I like to spend the time working with my clients to assure and provide comfort that I will deliver the best possible results I can on every aspect of the role. Starting my own business and working as a freelancer has been a massively positive move in my life and I am so pleased to be working with some phenomenally successful names.
