Organising your Canva designs into folders is a great idea! But keep in mind that folders in Canva act more like tags, helping you find your designs, images, and videos more easily. If you move a design to a folder and then delete it from ‘Recent Designs’ on your home page, it will be permanently removed from your account, not just from the homepage.

Are you stuck for ideas for what to post on your social media channels?

Here are 5 quick ideas you can use:

- Testimonial: share a review or testimonial from a happy customer.

- Answer a question: share one of your frequently asked questions that is relevant to your business or industry.

- Share a quote: share a funny or motivational quote that your audience can relate to.

- Sneak peek: this could be for a new product or service you are planning to launch, a 'behind the scenes' picture, or other exciting news about your business.

Social Media Tip: Engagement is key

You might think that just posting on your social media account is enough, but remember that social media is "social.”

So that means spending some time interacting with your audience: liking posts, leaving a comment, and responding to comments and messages.

It might sound like a lot, but it can take as little as 5–10 minutes to interact with others.

Do you compare your social media accounts to others and worry that they have more followers, likes, and comments than you? I know that imposter syndrome is always bubbling away in the background for me, and while it can be useful to keep an eye on others, it is important to remember that what you see on social media is only what people want you to see. Welcome to Willow Admin & Social Media

Hi, I'm Nikki, a Virtual Assistant and business owner of Willow Admin based in Essex. I help small business owners get to grips with organising their social media content.

By setting up a content library in Trello, they spend less time looking for posts that they can re-use and repurpose. I also create a social media calendar board in Trello so that they can plan their Facebook posts for the week ahead utilising the content in the content library. I can also assist with the scheduling of the posts on Facebook. This means they have more time to focus on their business and even more time to spend with their family.

I can also provide assistance and support with social media tasks such as creating testimonials and tips graphics in Canva which can be added to the content library.

If you are struggling to get everything done in your business, hand over your admin and social media tasks on your to-do list.
