Tonight’s dinner: wild garlic orecchiette! 🌿🍝
It’s all about embracing the fresh flavors of the season.
Wild garlic brings a punch of freshness, while toasted pine nuts add a nice crunch. And a sprinkle of red chilli flakes gives it just the right amount of heat. Simple, delicious, and perfect for springtime. Who else loves cooking with seasonal ingredients?

Sanj made this one for dinner tonight by simply blending together wild garlic with nutritional yeast, pasta water, vegan parmesan and some pine nuts!
