Along the way of this two-year planning journey, we fell in love (hard and quickly!) with this couple that honoured us as creatives, that chose and trusted us, and took us on a trip of a lifetime. D&B chose to celebrate their union in a private, wild, one-of-a-kind wedding in the Namibian desert, and this teaser is just a small glimpse of the light they brought. An elopement with hot air balloons, a ceremony on shifting sand dunes, dinner under the stars, and a whole week of adventures and discovery - an elopement beating with the heart of Africa 🧡

On May 19, Whitney & Wade travelled over 5,000 miles to Santorini island to elope overlooking the Aegean Sea. Just the two of them, at sunset, expressing their deepest love for each other, whilst their friends and family from the US watched via video link. This wasn't just a wedding. It was an incredibly touching, emotional journey. Some weddings stay with you...and this experience was one that I'll never forget. Croatia we love you! 🇭🇷 We’ve barely hit the ground back from the latest Milkshake Kisses in Dubrovnik and suffering from serious holiday blues 😅📸 Our first destination workshop for wedding content creatives took us to stone city streets, stunning clifftop ceremonies and intimate waterfront moments. With attendees travelling from all across the world to capture content for their wedding portfolios; we left with new friends, full tummies and a serious distrust of any weather app 😂 A huge thank you to all our incredible attendees & suppliers who made this trip possible!

This year, I’m thrilled to be travelling to so many wonderful places to capture my couples’ love stories in a unique & everlasting medium. My recent trip to Tulum was a practice run for travelling with my & camera kit, and with the help of Pierra G Photography] we documented our journey to bring you behind the scenes of what it’s like to travel again after 3 years. Shooting handheld in 29°c wasn’t as hard as I anticipated, thankfully 🙏My first travel vlog is up on my YouTube channel if you’d like to see more of our adventure!

XEEN AMBASSADOR 🙌 I’m really proud to announce that I’m now a XEEN CF cine lens ambassador, thanks to . I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to try these professional cine lenses for the past few months and they’re going to be a great fit for my S series cameras. They’re both light & small enough to fit on my gimbal and handheld rig, and I’m in love with the image they produce. After raving about the VDSLR entry level lenses (which are still an amazing value first step into cine lenses) I’m excited to shoot with XEEN CF this year 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 See the BTS & review over on my YouTube channel.

¡HOLA! from México 👋 I’m out here in Tulum shooting some content with Pierra G Photography] whilst the British weather blows over - feeling blessed to be able to travel again in what’s set to be a show-stopping year for weddings, elopements & adventures. I’ve not been out of the country for three years and my god, it feels so good to burn my shoulders in the sun again. If you’re looking to escape to normality; México is the place to be! Today we lucked out at short notice with a lifestyle shoot at the incredible and right now the only reason I want to come home is to edit the footage from today. I can’t wait to show you! I want to tell you a story about happiness. It was never a secret, but not many people know that quite recently I’ve made a choice between financial security vs. a fulfilling future for myself. A fulfilling future in a rewarding, fast paced, creative career where I’M in charge. And that, so far, has changed my life and allowed me to be my true self because people like YOU believed in me. Since 2007, I’ve run a successful e-commerce business in a totally different industry which quickly grew beyond anything I thought I was personally capable of. It allowed me to have anything I ever wanted whenever I wanted - but at the expense of all my time, my energy, my friendships & eventually… my soul. People would say I was ‘lucky’ to have what I had, but they didn’t see the 24/7 commitment, stress & anxiety that comes with the highs and lows of running any business. After 11 years my mindset about what I wanted changed. I realised that all those nice material things didn’t equal happiness - and that’s where my passion for video & film making saved me. In the little free time I had alongside working full time, I put my heart into growing my little film making business - self learning through the night; making mistakes on the weekends and through the encouraging support of an incredible online community (that’s you, by the way). Physically and emotionally exhausted from juggling two full time careers, I realised that money can’t buy happiness or more time, and that in order to be content you must do what makes you truly happy. For me that’s expressing myself with art, making other people happy, and sharing my experiences along the way. I chat to so many creators that are just launching their businesses whilst working other jobs and commitments - and I salute you for that - and I want you to know that if I can do it, YOU can do it too. Today, it felt right to tell you about my experience and how things don’t just happen - we are in charge of our own destiny. Keep hustling!
