'Strictly' favourites Nikita Kuzmin and Layton Williams have danced together for the 'final time'!

Following their run to the final in last year's competition, the pair dazzled in the 'Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour' before performing their own special 'Nikita and Layton' live shows this year.

Following their final performance this week, professional dancer Nikita shared this moving image and message to Layton.

"What a beautiful way to end this journey. Love you forever. Who would have said that two boys that met on strictly would become that close and do all this together..

Thank you every single one of you who supported us, without you this would have not been possible. Thank you thank you thank you. Thank you to all the loved ones, friends and team who supported us and allowed us to shine. Thank you to this beautiful cast and production, we love you. We are so so grateful and can't wait to see what's the universe is holding next. THANK YOU."

We loved the story in the news today that Elton John phoned Alan Carr's family home in the 80s!

In his position as Watford FC chairman at the time, Elton was trying to contact Alan's footballing father who was at the time manager of Northampton Town FC.

Alan revealed the story while promoting the second series of his semi-autobiographical sit-com 'Changing Ends' that returns this weekend.

It was so nice to see Princess Catherine receive a standing ovation at Centre Court during yesterday's Wimbledon final!

Attending the men's final with daughter Princess Charlotte, the Princess of Wales also presented the trophy to winner Carlos Alcaraz in her capacity as patron of All-England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

It was her second public appearance following her cancer diagnosis earlier this year - it's lovely to see her back!

The England men's team received some Royal approval after their semi-final win in the Euros last night!

King Charles wrote to England manager Gareth Southgate:

"My wife and I join all our family in wishing you the warmest congratulations on reaching the final of the U.E.F.A. European Championship - and in sending our very best wishes for Sunday's match.

'If I may encourage you to secure victory before the need for any last minute wonder-goals or another penalties drama, I am sure the stresses on the nation's collective heart rate and blood pressure would be greatly alleviated!

Good luck, England."

Prince William was also seen celebrating in the stands during the team's quarter final win against Switzerland.

Corrie great Thelma Barlow is returning to the screen!

Known for her portrayal of the fantastic Mavis Wilton, the actress is now in her nineties and stars in a short film called "Sleepless In Settle".

Shot in her local area of Rye, Sussex, the film follows Thelma's character as she tries to find a wife for her son.

Environments that don’t meet the needs of autistic people and how they communicate with others can make it difficult to access the information and support they need. These are only a few of the barriers autistic people face when accessing healthcare.
