PICTURE, Legendary poet Benjamin Zephaniah died today aged 65. He was well known for turning down an OBE from the Queen and constantly bitching on about slavery, racism etc. The picture is from the cover of one of his CD’s and illustrates what he has going on within his brain, ironically he died of a brain tumour...

On this day in 1969 a free concert given by the Rolling Stones at Altamont, California ended in tragedy when a black gun man was stabbed to death by Hells Angels. Meredith Hunter was trying to get on the stage armed with a revolver, possibly to shoot Mick Jagger, when he was stopped by Hells Angels and was stabbed. Sadly the concert then had to be cancelled.

D. Thorpe gives us a retort, but does not mention who the scribe in question is. Think we all know it can only be the legendary liberal Phyllis N. Bembridge and her letter about Nigel Farage.
P. Taylor is a Royalist and wants the Royal family to remain. Many are calling for the abolition of the monarchy. But I really do believe they are worth their weight in gold. Our British culture has over recent years been eroded almost into extinction. The Royals for all their faults are quintessentially British and we should be grateful we have them. No other country has anything near to such an asset. The best America can do is the Dallas TV show. Besides the way things are going this country will probably become a Caliphate long before it becomes a Republic.

Martin Judge is in again this time with a synopsis of the Ukraine conflict. To be fair this conflict has pretty well dropped from the top spot of “things to worry about” and express support for via a facebook meme. Gaza is now the trendy topic. And how can you avoid it with all the demos? At least it’s showing us what really is within the hearts & minds of the British Islamic community. Reminds me of Norman Tebbit’s cricket test theory.

G. Smith worries about the return of the Measles, thinks it’s something to do with the Covid jabs. I remember when Tuberculosis was practically wiped out in this country. But now it’s back with a vengeance, not sure if we can blame Covid for that one.

Nigel Farage is causing quite a jumble in the jungle. Many are claiming that his presence has prompted many to switch off and viewing figures have plummeted. However, I think this is highly unlikely. When Nick Griffin (BNP) was on Question Time viewing figures went through the roof, in fact it broke all records. And I think Farage is having the same effect with the Jungle show.
But needless to say local ultra liberal Phyllis N. Bembridge is none too happy with the situation and has already written a letter of complaint to the TV company. God bless her….

I do worry about Bobby Arnott sometimes. Is he actually from this planet?
Good old Sandra Camwell comes out with another classic. She says that many can’t actually see the delivery person when they deliver after dark. Surprised she never mentioned that the black & brown ones are even harder to spot during the hours of darkness….

17/11/2023

More cameras will solve the problem of fly-tipping cries P. Evans. Well cameras catching motorists seem to be very successful and generate a lot of revenue for the council coffers. Maybe a few of these traffic cameras could be re-directed to fly-tip duties? And then real criminals could be brought to book. However, the video evidence gathered would probably be useless as many offenders use false plates and drive illegal vehicles etc. Plus the worst areas for tipping tends to be the more enriched diverse areas, where council officials fear to venture. Cameras would soon be torn down and enforcement officers would be assaulted. Probably be safer and more profitable for the council to continue targeting the law-abiding motorists who dare to venture 3 miles over the speed limit.

Two letters both touching on the same topic.
P. Johnson says that we need more houses, But do we? The indigenous population is in decline with a woefully low birth rate, hence the demand for more housing should not be there. But the money men won’t like that, so the population is allowed to expand to unhealthy and dangerous high levels via uncontrolled immigration. If we really need to increase the population we should encourage our own folk to provide future generations. But sadly our own potential maternal saviours are too busy struggling with high mortgages and the cost of living as well as funding foreign wars that have nothing to do with us. Following on T. Evans writes about our elderly who have reached old age and are still fit and heathy due to leading positive, responsible and healthy lifestyles. And of cause working longer and paying more tax. Yet many newcomers to these shores come from countries that have poor medical care (if any) and they can often arrive with pre-existing medical conditions. Hence the NHS is a blessing for them even though they have not fully contributed to the NHS. Is it any wonder the country is in such a mess? But the money men love it.

P. Davies is disillusioned with politics and wishes there was a alternative to the 2 party system. Well there is an alternative, but the main 2 parties work together to oppress any challenge to the 2 party monopoly. That's pretty well why so few people bother to vote cos they are basically just 2 cheeks of the same backside.

The Muslims threaten to disrupt the Armistice and also Remembrance Sunday. Needless to say many are getting hot under the collar about this as they all chant “how dare they”. These pro Palestine agitators stand against everything that the brave British service personnel died for. We fought for freedom and democracy and also the belief that this land would become a land fit for heroes. But don’t get mad at the angry Muslims, they are not the problem. Get mad with the powers that be who have betrayed this country and our fallen heroes ever since the end of WW2. For it is this country’s own political leaders who have created this scenario, allowing these anti British immigrants to settle here in their 1,000s. The writing has been on the wall for many years, and now the real nightmare is about to start.

Honorary Alderman and ex-Tory councillor David Skinner MBE writes in support of electric vehicles. I think David forgets he’s now no longer in politics and does not have toe-the-line and promote all manner of madness, whether it be Covid or electric cars etc, but hey he’s got a right to his own opinion.

02/11/2023

As Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday are just days away, the threat of protests from various crazy gangs is very real. It’s very sad that this once great country has now become a mere stage for the endless theatres of hate from so many religious groups and protest groups. Still I’m sure the authorities will come down hard on these individuals who seek to disrupt our lives, culture and traditions.
I remember one lad was sent to prison for 6 months for leaving a slice of bacon on a mosque door handle, hence we know our courts will take no nonsense and punish offenders accordingly....

31/10/2023

Barbara Moore of Ball Hill is a lifetime socialist and ultra liberal, she often writes in and today she raises a very interesting point. If we are one of the richest countries in the world, where is the money? Or more to the point how do they calculate which country is rich and which is poor. Because being “rich” does not imply much else. We certainly do not have a good quality of life, the NHS does not function, schools and the country’s infrastructure cannot cope. Mortgages and rents are astronomical as property prices go through the roof. ALL bills from groceries to gas bills are sky high and crime is at an all time high. Hence being a rich country does not mean a good quality of life country. But then we must be rich because we can afford to stick our noses into foreign conflicts that have nothing to do with us, and we can also give endless sanctuary to all the chancers and interlopers who illegally make it onto our shores.

Ex Tory councillor David Skinner OBE likes the old black & white pictures that the Telegraph often reproduce, and usually enlarge them to fill most of the page. Still, better and cheaper than actually employing journalists to provide actual news stories.

PICTURE, Happy 84th Birthday to John Cleese who is now a crusader against the wokeness that is crippling good entertaining comedy. Must not offend anyone, but his portrayal of a cantankerous old landlord in Rising Damp is classic comedy that is still funny even after all these years.

PICTURE, This is the image from the front page of today’s Telegraph. Sadly we are in the final days of Black History Month and they have gone and used an image with a “WHITE” hand. Surely as a mark of respect to the black community they could of found a black model’s hand to use in this picture, lets face it they seem to find plenty for all other adverts and features.

Martin Judge gets another classic in. Britain is no longer of Empire, hence we should not get involved with foreign quarrels and act like the eternal international police force. Many predict that there will be a civil war in this country, yet our streets just seem to provide a public stage for foreigners and interlopers to protest and show their true colours and loyalties.
