ICGN are a large corporate company based in London. The team from ICGN approached us for an ecommerce solution for an ebook that was about to be launched and upcoming events that they wanted to market. They already have an effective and complex website but they wanted something they could manage in house.

They were a fantastic team to work with and we have integrated this shopify store into their digital presence.

"Warwickshire Horse Transport came to us after having a bit of a disaster with their first website. We tried our best to fix it for them but it was built on an old out of date platform. They needed something that looked great but also easy for them to manage themselves. We recommended that they moved over to WIX.

We are partners with Wix and a few other platforms but we will only recommend what is best for you in our honest opinion.

Wix is straightforward and has a great range of tools that give you more options as the business grows.

Budget Garage Equipment came to us for a Shopify store for the new arm of their business, Pro Garage Lifts. They wanted a clean crisp site with easy to use back office where they can see analytics really easily and work SEO (search engine optimisation) to the max.

We are currently helping them build their brand and reach new audiences here on Facebook. It's great to see so many enquiries coming through to their business.

Plantsurge came to us for a Shopify store as a more practical and better-looking solution than their click funnels site. There was a lot of content to move over from the old site but it was lovely to work with such innovators on their project just in time for Gardeners World. It has given them a great platform to then work on themselves and add some pages and app tools here and there.

Who knew magnetic water was a thing??!!

Buying psychology is so interesting. If you are running an ecommerce store (or selling anything for that matter), its vital you know what your profit margins are and do regular competitor and audience analysis.

Dont get sucked into a discount war but utilise tactics where you can to help you through quieter times of year. You can NEVER cheapen your brand if you have a structured "sales" process but you can kill the power if you use it too often without continually growing your audience.

Think bank holiday sofa deals. They wouldnt keep doing it if it didnt work for them but they invest 🤑 in national tv advertising = growing your audience 🤔

Be tactical and make a plan. Be sure you are not too cheap to start with or you will have no wiggle room but be certain your products reflect the price. Customer perseption and satisfaction are two of the most important things in your business. 🤗

The Equestrian Marketing side to Small Biz Agency is expanding and I am on the hunt for Equestrian Blog Writers. This is an area I normally do myself but I am learning to be wise with my time!

I am looking for someone that can write well and make it an interesting /engaging read of about 1700 to 2500 words. They must have equestrian knowledge/knowledge of UK equine industry and be able to competently research a topic whilst navigating their way through fake news, and BS articles.

This would be best suited to someone who works freelance and it would be paid per blog. Pay would be dependent on the topic and the amount of research/writing required. There would be between 4 and 10 blogs per month.

If you think you could be who we are looking for please feel free to get in touch via DM or email. If you could forward any blogs or content that you have previously written that would be great but I would consider someone new to blog writing if your writing style fits the bill. Of course there would be a challenge! 🤓
